What is the fuel situation? Should we get some of the 15 gallon utility fuel containers? Maybe easier than trying to mess with a transfer tank trying to cross the boarder
Also, I think it would be fine to get gas from a mexican station once there. No need for the expensive VP stuff.
Do they have any rules about running race gas???
Yeah we’re supposed to run “pump gas”
I think VP racing fuels eco96 is considered pump gas because its low octane.
Alright. I just ordered us some nice driving suits and helmets. Black everything. When you guys get here next week we can make sure they fit right.
And fireproof underwear
Be careful with the fuel. We filled a 55 gallon drum at a gas station before a race once so we didn’t have to pay track prices. Shit load of water in the fuel. Out of commission for 4 hrs diagnosing/ fixing the problem.
You guys will be begging for some cool suits after about an hour in the car, haha
Update!
Ive been supplying JJ with parts the last couple days, he’s been laying down some glossy goodness on them.
Parts have been arriving daily.
Peet is on brakes and fuel system today.
All electrical is in that can be. Starting to come to life!!!
Franz has been working on front end suspension fab. He’s shooting to tie most of that up today.
We will build it if it comes.
Really coming together guys ! Great work.
So. Who’s the crew. Franz and Cole in the car? Who’s the chase crew? How does this all work?
^^^ Were still working on that. Dont rush us…Lol.
We will build it if it comes.
Looks like Sammy and Sadie are doing their part!
Well I just read through this entire thread again………. thanks for the fix boys!!!! This fucking thing dopalicious
It looks like Score-Inernational is going to broadcast live from the event on their website. Contingency row on the 1st, and race on the 2nd.
