I kept working on this yesterday, till I got kicked right out the dirty shop!!!  Bob’s wood was wet, and Peet needed the paint booth… anyway… I will widdle away at it some today… 😎  I did get the inner inner repaired.. On to the center piece now.. 😎

Juan… I did work on your rig some last Sunday morning…  Got the heater chanell closed back up and ready for the bottom of the A pillar..  a few more days, I will be back on it… Monday Probably.. but we will see. 😎

honestly.. I am scared to jump into a project… then I feel “Obligated” to finish it…   it will be all up in everyone’s way… I dunno…. Been trying to talk ALP into sending my drag ghia back down here…. 😎

Last time I was working on this I made the closing panel for the heater channel and end cap for rocker all in one piece and welded in.  Next is the bottom of the A pillar… 😎  Which should move forward shortly…   and then finish that stuff up under the nose and the shell should be about done…  re dust off and it will look like a virgin untouched body…. 😎

Juan… after we did  few more things to Bobs camper… I got right on the ghia!!!  😎  I got the lower A pillar replaced and outer skin all fixed up too… this whole corner got a rebuild… 😎   More progress next week! Nose is the worst area on the main shell left… parts will be going on next week for sure!

I have been painting the insides and back sides of shit with metallic spray paint to help protect it.. looks good too… 😎  I like making the insides look good.. behind panels.. anywhere you can look!!! 😎  any where you can grind!!! 😎

Wow!!! Got a chance to really check out this Rig!!! Very few bad spots!!!! Almost like it’s not a Ghia!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 How is this 60 year old Ghia so nice???!!!?!?!??
