We got the quarter window glass in yesterday. 

We were missing the divider bars for the quarters. JJ has a rough pair that we’ll use to get everything fit until replacements arrive.

Moved onto window mechs. Looking through the manual we learned about something new. Anyone used brake cylinder paste before?

Drivers side window mech was slightly bent and missing a roller. JJ had one of those in the stash also. 

Were gettin’ there….Going to get door glass in today. ….We started talking about a first drive later this week!

We will build it if it comes.

This has been a great week of getting the SHIT done… 😎   I love it when we all work on the same project.. shit fly’s!!!!!  😎  😎

I spent most of my day glueing in seals… clean em, mock em up, glue em, get em in, clean up my mess, move on to the next one… 😎  Were slowing running out of parts!!!! 😎

Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎

Had to replace a couple of broken/stuck window adjuster screws. Was able to get them out from the backside. Made a couple of new ones.

Window mount/lifts were rusted out and had broken bolts. Juan had replacements with 1 good gasket. Made a new gasket and got them together.

Door windows in. They go up and down awesome!

Working on seals, felt channels, and seals now. You need to know your clips for a Ghia. 

Cleaned, buffed, and polished door trim. Going  to clean up scrapers in the morning. Then it’s time to build/fit/install and make them all happy together. 

We will build it if it comes.

More assembly, today should be a good day.

I have to hook up a couple loose wires, then we are ready to test the electrical….start the engine…and dive around the block.
