spent yesterday cleaning out my Kombi…  and getting the pamper all packed up again…  also started repairs on my awning/room p9les that got bent up😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

Friday something let up in my back… something that was pinching g on my spine or inflamed or something.  The pain I would get anytime I stood up or walked is GONE!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,  i feel better than I have in 8 or so years…😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍

What a fucking recovery… 8-(  I feel like I should have had this surgery about 8 years ago!!! 😎  Glad I am done with that… it was brutal.

Now I am back working… getting up early… and doing my thing… 😎  I am living again!!!  😎  😎  😎   Living is good without pain… 😎
