    My kid brother had the same surgery done a while back. I can’t say it made a new man of him because he is still a smart ass, but now he can move around like he hadn’t done in years and pain free. Looking to see the same result for you my friend.

    huge THANKS to everyone for your positive thoughts and kind wishes!!!! He’s taking it easy and staying isolated…. certainly hasn’t left the compound!   He and Zack played with an RC helicopter up until today… too windy today😏

    i will do my best to keep you all posted on JJ’s most recent “ project”😁😁😁

    Only a few hours away🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄. Hoping this is my last day of back pain!!     This back has really kicked my sss.  In about 10 or so years of time. It has humbled my ass.. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️   Is it possible that in a few months time I might be able to really work again?????  Or am I going to be fragile goods now?

    hope it goes better than perfect 😁😁😁😁😉😉😉😉😉

    Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎

    John just went into surgery… here we go!! 🍀🤞🏻🙏🏼 John & the doctors were alert and in good spirits!!!!

    😁😁😁 I talked to the OR nurse, and she said everything is going well, and they have finished the front part and have flipped him over😁 🍔
