I see this new nose cone weep hole breather set up is different..  New nose cone, new axle boots and front tranny mount refreshed today… Probably get it in the bus too… 😎

Gotta get my tranny in in the next few days…  It’s all sealed up new boots and nose cone etc.

Lil update in me…   I had an MRI on my back last Friday… Doc was gone this week to talk about it..  but I got a print out of the radiologists report..  everything has gotten progressively worse I have severe stenosis, scoliosis, and loads of arthritis…  From L2 down to L5 has nerve impingement. and L4 is pushing out to the right and getting worse with time.

I mostly want to know what the future has in store for me…   I’m guessing the next surgery will be a fusion from L3-L4 to L4-L5 to get L4 back in alignment?????  and a real good roto rooter job from top to bottom?

Crazy stuff. Backs are so complex. I have a friend who had her T2 to T12 fused (yes, 10 vertebrae) and she is still a pro climber! Pretty crazy. One of the strongest female climbers in the world. So, maybe when you get another surgery you switch to becoming a pro climber jj? ?

well…. JJ’s projects…..

My bus is all back apart for a tranny refresh…. and those solid mounts can suck a butt!!!!  I’m gonna rig up some sort of rubber mid mount for my camper…. 2Liters are hard on tranny mounts…..   I’m also going to try a new ratio this time…  I want a 3.44 r/p and a beetle 4th gear.  No more 50mph for me… 😎

My baja…  I need to work on it too…

My shoulder is feeling great!!  Range of motions is unbelievable!!!!! Now I gotta get my muscles back!

My back, NOT so great, and the docs say I need surgery like yesterday…. I have a HUGE extruded fragment at l4-l5, and a fractured, vertebrae at L3..  Both sides of L3 have a scotty dog fracture…   so both those “ears” on the front of the vertebrae are broken..  every level sucks and nothing is normal..   My legs are weak from paralysis… which I don’t know if that is permanent or not…   Hope not… but I do not want to make it worse..  Which sounds inevitable…  I’m sure it will be 3-4 months before I am able to have surgery….   I guess I shouldn’t be doing anything that aggravates my back… but thats almost everything having to do with moving or standing or walking… 8-(     The guy I saw last week.. said he figures they will or should do a two level fusion on my back…  which will tax my other joints even more…   The alternative, no surgery, continue on like I am,  was pissing and shitting myself and riding in a wheel chair eventually…  Uhh… No thanks on that one…. 8-( 8-(      I am going to try and weasel my way back up to Vail where they perform Miracles… 😎

Jones.. A Gene Berg mid mount is rubber. IDK if it fits the same on a bus set up though. Get that back taken care of too!!!

Thanks guys..  I don’t quite know what to think about it all… still absorbing it all… and coming off a killer 3 week road trip…. I just wanna get back on the road…..   I go to Vail today for my last shoulder appointment.. I bet Corporate has some sort of alterer plan to talk to a back guy…  I think she’s being awefully optimistic about that happening without an appointment for such… 😎

 

I absolutely love being on road trips in my bus…  I’m gonna get that rig back together and hit the road again!!!! 😎 😎
