I’ve  always known work makes me feel good..  the less I work, the worse I feel..  not only physical but mentally….   And..  the more I work the better I feel..  but for some reason…. I guess cause of my back…. I’ve allowed myself to slack  off..  but no matter how my back feels…. My mental state of happiness is more important 🤫…

I’m a fixer..  I enjoy fixing shit.,  and I enjoy marking things off my list..  Like most humans!!!  😎😎😎😎.  Those items are what helps to keep my endorphins flowing on the daily..  and very easy for me to control..  when I don’t…. I don’t feel be as good…

All true. The nice thing about KCW is the stuff to check off the list is usually right in front of you! Not everyone is so lucky to have it be so obvious. Just keep plugging away at the pace that you and your back are happy with and you’ll be fine!
