I’ve been trying to cut some weight 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻   And it’s been working!  Down to 178#’s this morning 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻   Easiest way to cut weight from the race car is to cut weight off the drivers 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫. My eating once a day program works well for me.  👍🏻  But when it’s time to eat..  I’m hungry 😋!

On my Back project…

The other day they did a nerve test on my limbs..  Hoping maybe some of my leg problems might be farther down the line than my lower back.. NOPE..  But both my wrist have carpal tunnel again and some nerve in my elbows is pinched too…    He also made the comment that my l5 is fucking my right leg below the knee, and L2 is fucking with my left leg above the knee… 8-(  WTF..

I am one pinched mother fucker…  😎
