That was easier than I figured!!! Dellorto planned ahead!!! The problem was I lost a screw on that lever…. And it wollored out!!! I figured I have to pull the throttle shaft to do this, which is why I have been putting it off…🤫🤫🤫 it was easy!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now my other carb is jealous of how clean this one is… So I better pull the other one too…😎😎😎

Great day on the Pamper !!! My intake gaskets were getting brittle.. I’m glad this finally made it to the top of my list!
pulled plugs and they all look awesome!! But changed them anyway.👍🏻 B7ea
sanded my intakes and changed them gaskets..
swapped my worn out linkage.. about back together!!!

there’s a screen in my tank on the petcock.. a filter after my pump, these guys on each carb.. lots of filtration!

JJs projects are all waiting warmly in the dirty shop these days 😎 I’m excited about the single cab one day too! But I think the Kombi is up next 😎 and how about that race car that is still ready to race again?!?! Hallelujah!!!!You can see the cracks on the outside where I think the bags were getting stretched and dry rot torn no bueno👎🏻 I need to order some fresh bags for the back… I put those 12” straps in yesterday.. I also noticed these front lower control arm bushings are ducking worn out!! Better order some of those too.. dang it.. 1 ton big block air bagged mother fucker is high maintenance and why it really doesn’t make for a better road tripper than my bus does!! And I can’t be rolling around with paint falling off the hood either!!
