Fresh shocks on the pamper 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻  They were soo stiff, I had to use a jack to compress them the little bit I had to push them up to get em on the bolt!!  Stiff!!!  That’s why we have started breaking shock mounts.  The stock shocks were oil filled only🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫

maybe I should check the valves today?

want a funny guys…

I had to get a blood draw for my pre-op. yesterday.   Sounds like my red blood vessel’s must have burst when they pulled my blood, and it caused my potassium level to be CRITICALLY high…. and they wanted me to go to the emergency room yesterday evening… 8-(    We made it back to the hospital before they closed and did another draw.. it was normal…   They had Corporate worried about me having a heart attack last night… 😎  😎   FALSE alarm… 😎  😎   But fuck… there for a few minutes… they had me worried about all this crazy KOH shit I have going on…. 😎

I’m committed to KOH…  Too many people helping me out and going for me to let em down… No reason to quit now..  😎 😎 😎

The pamper killed it again yesterday!  I was getting up to 16 mpg!!!!  I bet them otter homes don’t get that!!!!  But, I bet they never freeze a throttle cable!  Fuck,  drove from green river to Richfield using my ignition to slow down..  it was stuck at about 3/4 throttle..:  so I had to put it in neutral and coast down the hills…. And down shifting UP hill was s real chore!!!  I handled it though!  I wasn’t about to stop ✋ no way!  It finally let loose when it warmed up!!

The frozen throttle cable happened to me in ’92, driving from Tacoma, WA to Wichita Falls, TX for hydraulics tech school in late December/January. Happened on I-80 between Boise and Salt Lake. Pulled off at one of those brown sign rest stops and read about the prehistoric Lake Bonneville. That was also the trip of my infamous climb to the Eisenhower Tunnel on New Years Eve in a whiteout blizzard. Probably bored all with that story. 🙂 VW adventures standout in our memories stronger than most. Probably why we love them so much.

Surgery was a piece of cake..  😎  We were counting… this was  my 11th surgery…. 8-(  wow…  and I think my right wrist is next..  My hammer hand!!!

Pamper tows like a mack truck!!!!!!!!   I love that bus!!!

Next on my list of personal stuff is get my kombi fixed back up!!!!!

I have one more week till I get “released” from Surgery …. I really haven’t been doing much different just working less and stopping when the back tells me too.

I gotta stop ducking my back up and start exercising 🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫.
