My goal for the sand rail is to make it to Little Sahara for the week leading up to Thanksgiving..   Maybe head out on Sunday or monday before, stay most the week, come home on Thanksgiving day..

So I have a few weekends here… 😎

Sand rail is coming from apart nicely!!!!!!!!!!!    I could put wheels on it now..  It has brake and clutch still!!!  Franz about has my long block ready to drop in…   She’s close….  😎 😎 😎  It feels good to be putting something back together!!!!  and I am gonna try and be nice to it!!!! fuck I know that doesn’t sound like me… but…. I wanna enjoy my shit.. not break it all the time every time!!!!   That program is rough…

Looking ahead at temps… gonna be real real chilly over at Little Sahara Ut around thanksgiving….  Sand Hollow over by Hurricane might be a better option… Or maybe, Just white wash dunes next to Moab… This weekend would be splendid…. but… Probably not ready….  hummm…  GLAMIS is probably OFF THE HOOK.. but thats a hell of a drive away… hummm..

Not gonna rush it… Gonna continue to roll along .. 😎  I’ll get out somewhere in the next week or weeks  😎

I’m excited to using this long block… I have A LOT of confidence in it… I have driven it all over the place, raced it, it’s 10 years old.. It’s good and broken in… Ready for a turbo and some race gas… 😎  Everything going into the rail has been run and tested..  it should all work great together!!!

Yup!!!  I’m excited to do some different camping…and a slightly different activity!!! 😎   Gonna be even easier to tow than the class 11 car!

I should be driving it this week… and then off for a test run!!!  Simple, light, gonna be fast… Old school sand car!!!!

I am looking forward to some chill times at the dunes,,,   Beer’s, smiles, and something fun and oldschool to cruise around in…  VW’s make people smile. and I know this rail is going to deliver also! 😎   😎

I just wanna get another one of my projects useable again!!! If you can’t enjoy it, it’s right next to being a burden…  😎 😎 😎  and useless… 😎  I wanna fix ALL my shit.. Sand rail, class 11, Kombi… Fuck.. even the pamper could still use some love, even though it has already given me more nights and miles of enjoyment than most people will ever get period!  😎  😎  😎  Love my bus… almost as much as my awesome WIFE! 😎 😎 😎
