No we are Going to finish this one KCW. I had to go to a concert Sunday. With my family. And the wife’s car broke. 02 4runner. Not sure what happen just lost power. Prolly fuel or timing. So I have been bummed out because u gotta sell something to get the wife a new ride. I wanna sell the bay but i drove it to work today sounds like the throughout bearing is close to its last spin. But fuck it. RIP IT😬🤪😜

I keep tell you that is the transaxle mainshaft bearing….not the throw-out bearing.

…It has opposite symptoms. Quiet when the clutch is pressed, and noise when the transaxle is spinning.

Been looking for that decklid 58 part must have got rid of it, can’t seem to find it. Sorry it’s been along time. If someones going to give you 12K for that bay. Thats a no brainer for sure…You have a 58! Big Man Bus!

Thanks for lookin wren. Yep selling the bay is going to hurt but it is on to the next project my 58 DD bus is rad. Just needs franz tuning and a few late nights and it’s a driver. Seats are at the shop I am stoked.   It’s time for another junk yard run I can feel it. Newest project in the works

Yep it’s true I picked up another bus. It’s pretty solid I found a few small spots of rust. Surface rust that needs to be cleaned up on the roof and nose. Only hacks I noticed where the wheels wells and back by the rear apron snipped  maybe for bigger exhaust. Rear hatch up high by window is fuckered pretty good butt I bet John could fix it up with his power tools. 😬🤪😜needs a rear window a ashtray a 60/40 front seats blinker switch. I got a motor that is period correct I think in it that is good to go says old boy. I got the key for the ignition and doors. No title. As solid as they get unless it sits inside it’s whole life. Prolly going to have to sell it to the highest bidder. But damm it would be sweet to fix this bus up. It’s clean few  small dents from being a storage unit on passenger side. OG  sealer I haven’t seen that before.  I think it was red. Well I guess it’s off to bed🤪
