I have 90% of the shit I need, started with a raped shell and had to source pretty much everything, only thing left is an order of funky?Can’t wait to road trip this ol girl!

Yeah, there no room at the shop yet….all that shit would have taken me a 1/10th if the time if I didn’t have to silently cut it out…..see those tin snips on the cargo floor pic ????

Been slaying shit off the to do list before this rig makes it to the jjj compound. Totally rebuilt all the front door hinges with bronze bushings and factory M8 pins, they line up money and are crazy solid with no flex now cause of the 1/4 thick nut plates I sandwiched inside after drilling factory rivets and using m8 counter sunks on door side just like body side. They were really bent but nothing the 100ton press at work couldn’t squash!Have trimmed nose, longside, doglegs and other shit out of the way waiting for my couple grand in funky green to show up??? had a full day shift on it today, got pass corner all metal finished only removing an inch of precious factory dove blue haha I really should wait to trim that monster long side repair panel until get doglegs, only need 6” of it except for behind one upright. Inner rocker lines up with I beams, bottom of rocker lines up with bottom of inner…..should be good?? Really happy to remove all these “buttholes” I been staring at the last few years…bus had big home made galvanized air scoops over vents…looked like they started wood screws by smashing end of screwdriver with a hammer into the panel and bottom louvers were mangled! Spent some time with a slide hammer and welded all that shit up….way better! Also cut out front heat elbow and mocked up front floor donor (getting drivers outside repair in gerson order)
