I need to find or order a 58 only deck lid…  Scott you got one? anyone?  Gerson makes a new one for $500….  Probably go that route and just fab up my own license light housing…  I already have a new green treasure chest door… Which means I have an old one if someone needs a crappy one….. 😎

I sanded on the nose some yesterday…    all I think about is Busses, class 11 racing and RC cars.. I’m not sure if the buses are getting in the way of my race program, or if the race program has gotten in the way of my bus building… 😎 😎 😎

Audrey came over and helped some on the ol Single cab yesterday… Much appreciated!!!  😎 😎 😎

I cut out early from work and did some sanding yesterday… 😎 😎 😎 😎 Cab is looking good..  I need to do some hammering and pin work up there,., it’s rough up there..

I thought about my truck all day…  I think I am going to put one of them racks the guys just made on my truck… and fab up some different legs for the back… 😎  Figure out a way to put a canvas on it and and some slide out legs like the pamper has and make it an awning when we want it open… 😎  One side for sure… But maybe both sides… 😎  Then I will have three stories of available storage!!!!!!!  Going to put some lights on the front of it, and saftey lights on the back of it..

Save me $$.  Buying a legit hoop and canvas is expensive…. and less functional..  This should be bolt on and super slick!!!  😎 😎

While you’re on the subject of hoops/ canopies-

 

I’ve been wanting hoops/ tilt for my single but can’t stomach the price just like yourself… Do you know anyone with a good engineering diagram of the factory hoops? Really all I would need is just a tracing of half of one of the factory hoops…. been wanting to make a couple sets but I don’t know anyone local here that has hoops!
