Ok…Finished trans assy, bolted in a new brake MC, brake reservoir, reservoir soft lines, and the bare front beam on Friday
Cleaned and repacked the steering box, bit on Fri finished up Monday.
Front end assy on Monday/Tuesday between parkway jobs. MoStoppinPowaBaby #discbrakes
Started on the rear end yesterday. Pulled spring plates and clocked torsion bars 4 clicks.

Scraped and washed the engine tin today. The pictures don’t do it justice but they look WAY better than before. They were all absolutely caked in grease.

Knocked out the Z-bar rebuild yesterday. All new bushing throughout.
Riley helped a ton yesterday. Thanks for cleaning all that greasy tin!

No clearance problems on the oil filter. Fit cylinder tin. Flanged heater boxes and welded repairs on the tin.
I cleaned the heat riser tube with wire, and welded/hammered the heater box tin to tube gaps. Then painted everything high temp new ford grey.Riley KParticipantNovember 22, 2021 at 7:15 pmPost count: 89
Put clips in the door and quarter panels today. Then bolted all the fenders back in and replaced the fender beads. Bolted the running boards back on as well.

I welded on some heat riser attachments to the stainless tube. I know Gerhard will be driving in the snow to work ski patrol. Stacked tin and other parts.
