I put my bumpers together with the parts John sold me. Thanks John ! They’re pretty solid.

Pat told me it would be a bitch to install those vent wing seals. He was right and I’m glad that jobs done. I’m expecting the window hardware to arrive  tomorrow and I’ll finish them and install.

I drove up to Denver last Sunday. Gnarly snow storm heading over wolf creek!

i stopped in Buena Vista and met John who owns Urabus. Also soaked at cottonwood.

was pulled over by a statie in BV. He pretty much just wanted to check out my bus.

Is this gap at the top and bottom of the window frame normal ? It doesn’t seem right. Where some frames contoured ?

Ive tried to fit 2 different frames in the hole and they both have the gap?

any suggestions/ideas ?

Those windows were designed to fit in the window recesses. Your last window hole was just cut into the panel looks like.

You could make a wedge filler to fill that gap. Maybe go wedge top and bottom edges so it doesn’t stand out to much.

I don’t think there are any such thing as curved camper window. We use some thick foam and cheat the gaps, It will deform the side of the bus too. The eyebrow above the surface mount windows helps hide the ugly.
