I’m definitely feeling the pinch but it’s not from Madison. I get the feeling this guy wasn’t ready to sell. He’s very sentimental about it and very abrasive. Hard to put into words how it’s been going. I’m still very excited and feel extremely optimistic, but the sooner I get this guy out of here the better!!!!
For now the highlight of my day is to come home to my very own space and not speak to a single soul. I’m sick of the public, employees, and driving home in rush hour. I had a lady tell me I needed to give her 20% discount because it’s a daycare. It’s in Clifton so I’m pretty sure it’s government funded.
People come in and waste so much of my time on things that I can’t make money on, and eat up an eternity talking about it like it’s the coolest thing or I should mass produce it. Had a girl try to sell me a business idea to produce American flag swamp cooler covers. People dont even want to pay the $15dollars for one at Walmart I told her, much less for a custom pattern on premium material.
I have the Hilton wanting to recover all the awnings on their building by interstate so that pretty much fills my December. I’ve walked into a busy slow season and hoping this is a sign of what’s to come.
