Yep. I’ll get some of that good wax.

Few more panels and I am finished. Vert W deck lid has never looked so good.

I finished polishing yesterday. The paint looks absolutely stellar. I have a couple chips on the engine tin to repair today. Then the gas tank bubble to repair.
I got the new tempered door glass yesterday. Goi g to send it out to get the sekurit logos lazer etched.

Hey Franz – I noticed the oil cooler/fan setup on the driver’s side.  I’ve been planning to put one in our bus.

Do you have a manufacturer or supplier you’d recommend?

I’ve seen a bunch of cooler/fan sets available, but not with mounting brackets, etc.  Did you have to fab them?

Thanks for all the great advice!

Thanks Brent. There are a few manufactures for oil coolers. This car has the empi version. Setrab also has a nice compact unit.

Yep, she’s all back together. I even polished the tail light housings.  We used to have a gas station that sold 104 octane pump gas…but they didn’t have it anymore. Maybe octane booster mixed in with some 91?

Been making a plan for the exhaust modification. We want to move the exit to the passenger side….the exhaust tube is going to have to snake under the bell housing, I can then  mount a muffler next to the passenger valve cover. The exhaust from the turbo is titanium, so we will have to by a bunch of expensive parts for me to fabricate with.

Octane boost isn’t enough. I’d put in tune in it that allows you to run on 93. Not fun buying race gas for every drive. Where do you have to boost set now?

    No joke.

I got the good stuff to tune on. Better safe than sorry. The best pump gas we have around here is 91 w/ethanol.
