Just found this site. Moved to Grand junction a year ago and I have notice some cool Vws around town. Now I know who works on them 🙂 I have a crazy long travel thing that I’m having a blast out in the desert with. Thought I would say hi.

Thanks for the welcome. Had a street legal turbo rail years ago and was at a Vw meet when I saw an off road thing. Wanted one ever since. Only took about 20 years before I found this one.

I love the dunes!! Can’t get enough…. Wish they were closer! welcone!!! That Thing is absolutely bad fucking ass!!!Sand dunes are awesome. Super fun. We use to get a nice size group from different states to meet.

that would be so fun!! I’d love to try and do a multiple dune trip…. Like.. start off going to little Sahara in Utah.. then sand mountain in Nevada then head to glamis or maybe st Anthony dunes in Idaho!!!
That would be a challenge to keep a rig running through all that!! Even the tow rig!!!🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫
