Yeah, smaller fuel cell assuming the track is similar length to last year.

Light below your eyes will cut through the dust better, and the KC light bar housings are heavy.

I’ve switched to a smaller cell…  I don’t need a 10 gallon tank racing short course..  I wanted to get some weight off my axle and lower to the ground.  But if you want to do a long deseret race…  you’ll want a bigger tank.   I also took out the mounts to my big tank.. so there is no going back..  something to think about.. but then you have two sets of mounts which is more… 😎

I don’t have the infrastructure to race them long races… You need a real team to make that shit happen.. 😎 Real chase trucks etc..

We gotta get going on this engine build. Two months away now. Rimco machine shop is closed….seems permanently.🙁

 

I hear that KOH is going to be a 20 mile loop race during the day this year. Soo, I say we keep the large fuel cell, large tires, and get the engine to breathe fire.

We’re doing this!  Thanks boys, quick work.  Thoughts on getting my car to KOH?  Could someone tow it there?  I’d bring an empty trailer to bring it home from there.
