Distributors do weird things sometimes…  😎

Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎

Ya, at least its just the distributor! only a 2 min adjustment isn’t the end of the world.

I’ve always been a fan of the Petronics electronic points. I hear lots of folks say they fail, but I’ve had in three different engines and never had one failure. I think it has to do with the engine getting to hot. Anyway, carry a spare. almost as cheap as points(I never did, but had points and condenser to switch over just in case).

Just helped my roommate move his motorcycle from his old place. He couldn’t get it started so asked me for a ride…..👍🏼 Barely fit. Super funny drive 3EF1391B-4D3A-4ED0-8F2E-08201ED03F3C

How’d you balance that thing on the go!?! Busses are “transporters” I guess

I used to stuff three trials bikes in the back of my ‘67. Three passengers on the front bench. Made for some crowded and sloooow trips!😎

Emilee and I cruised all over on Saturday. Took the very LONG way home from my parents house. Cruising back through by Heber and Kamas and into the uintas and then back through to park city. Super fun, but cold haha even with my heat hooked up when it’s 30 ish degrees outside your toes freeze up quick.

I also installed a tach. Pretty cool one I got that looks kind of like the speedometer. So I like it. Hooked up pretty easy. Had a scare after hooking the lightbulb in the tach up to power on the headlight switch and hooked the battery back up to test it and my bus was totally dead. No power anywhere except at the battery. I thought I fried my wiring harness… I was so bummed. But then I remembered all power comes through the headlight switch right? So checked the back of the switch and the power wire had fallen off! Haha I’m glad that’s all it was. Nice to know where you’re at in rpms on hills

Thanks Bubba! I need to get the details for some of your favorite Baja spots for surfing and camping. I think Emilee and I will most definitely need to come to BBB! Would be great to see you all.

I need to stop being a baby and put the truck mirrors on…. Will probably weld up the old holes and start from scratch so I get the best position for them. Then get my interior done. I think we found some wood that is very similar to the OG Limba wood to source out of Canada. Has the grain going the correct way. Going to try to get some and make this interior super cool!

Love the tach Cole, and that it looks like it could be OG is awesome!

Ive been trying to get this hinge pin out for the last few months. I spray pb blaster stuff on it once a week and try to hammer it out with a punch. Can’t get it to budge…. don’t want to use heat
