Prepping for paint his morning. Figured I should go ahead and finish cleaning the remnants of the old headliner and door seals.

I’m only going to paint the floor and repairs that we made.

Homeboy was on his glue game at the factory. 😁 Had to use a wire wheel to remove the old headliner.

Very happy! Thanks for staying late with me Pat.

I think the edge/color is going to blend in perfectly.

Shit’s looking awesome!!!  I like how Franz tinted that Velvet green up… He’s really freaking good at it…  😎

Dude.. How about this build… It’s going to be a full SOLID resto, but without the paint job…  and only doing paint repairs where needed..  I love it… This is my favorite kind of bus.. You can drive and enjoy it without fear of normal wear and tear… 😎  😎  😎 BUT, you get all the qualities of a FULL restoration like no rust… 😎  solid useable jack points 😎 CLEAN pleasurable to work on bottom side, cleaned out cable tubes, and ALL New or gone through mechanicals.. Everything taken apart and cleaned and lubed and reassembled…  No rust bolts or screws, it’s all come out… 😎  and ofcourse, a FRESH interior… which is always nice!!!!   anyway….

I am pretty much done helping my foster son out.. Maybe I could get going on seats for douglas?  The beam needs completely disected down to get to them awesome roller bearing tubes and use them in out castor shock towers..  I don’t think this has been done by us yet.. Gonna ride so freakin good!!!!!!!  Better leave some room above them front tires… 😎  😎

Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎
