Love those old pics! So cool seeing all the well documented old races. a guy who raced in a 912 last Peking to Paris said they went through 6 tires in 2 days in Mongolia… hopefully we can figure out better tires than them hahaha
SHIT! 6 tires in 2 days…. shit!! I guess I am wrong.. and you better have a whole nother set!!!!! Mounted and ready!!! 😎
Franz is doing some rust repair around where he needs to weld tubes in… and I think getting close to having it fabbed!!!!
Been a wild ride, but it got me here 😎
I just finished installing some new lenses in my welding helmet. About to start some final welds.
Love the old race car pics…especially the hood mounted air horns !

Franz is busy welding some junk in your trunk…😜😜
We will build it if it comes.
I started the day with repairing sheet metal around the forward control arm mounts, along with adding some small gussets to the sides. Then worked on the front skid plate mounting/bracing 1.250” tubes. Made sure the gas tank goes in/out. Fit and ready to weld tomorrow.
Holy tasty Franz! Getting better by the second! Can’t wait to see thus one again in person too!
Hell yeah. We’re going make you guys successful.
The front skid plate is made for some “Point & shoot” style driving 🙂 I don’t like adding extra weight, but I felt like this bracing was important.
Finished welding tubes under the hood, and the last of control arm sheet metal patches.
Hot damm holy shit this shit is badass. Just so cool to see franz building race cars 🤪
Gotta watch out for KB he likes to go fast. In a straight line! Haha this will help🤣 lookin good Franz! I think the Wurth stuff should ship out tomorrow👍🏼
Franz posing all sexy with the 912 tonight…😳😳😳
We will build it if it comes.
Yep! Another pair of junctions welded. Rear of the front control arm mounts/longitudinals and center tunnel tubes. Happy with the results.
