Feels good to be laying welds today. I jumped around a bunch and kept it cool.Sheet metal patches to weld over the forward control arm mounts tomorrow.

I started the day with repairing sheet metal around the forward control arm mounts, along with adding some small gussets to the sides. Then worked on the front skid plate mounting/bracing 1.250” tubes. Made sure the gas tank goes in/out. Fit and ready to weld tomorrow.

Yep! Another pair of junctions welded. Rear of the front control arm mounts/longitudinals and center tunnel tubes. Happy with the results.

I can only imagine what kind of hell that was, welding in a small hole like that!
