They are doing great work. This bus had just the right amount of rust 😆. It looks so nice. Brendan called today and said to keep the train rolling.

These wavy headliner retaining strips are strange. I don’t recall seeing them before.

Finished welding the bulk head repair yesterday. Riley started dressing the welds as well. 

Started on the long side rocker this morning. 

Fit, prepped, ready to burn in. 

We will build it if it comes.

Going to take  a break on this one fro a couple days.

Fit and burned in the inner valance on Friday.

Lower a-pillar and valance tie in as well. 

Cut out the smashed up vent. We found a donor on TheSamba. Thanks for blasting it Cole. 

Dash horizontal support brace had a kink in it from accident damage causing it to pull in on the pass a-pillar.

Good to go now. 

We will build it if it comes.

Wow.  Brendan, your project makes mine look like a cake walk.  These buses are a labor… of love and cash for us on the couch, and of hard work, vast experience/expertise and love, for the amazing crew in the pics above!  Aren’t we lucky to have them to save these precious relics?!
