I’ve been thinking about this project…    The most exciting parts of the build I was gone… 😎    But I recall all kids of excitement and posting… It was awesome…   But now it’s like crickets in december… 😎

This rig sat how many years looking all sad and beat down with a bashed in nose or cut off nose…  crunched corners and this really ugly spot on the long side were someone tried to “Help out” with a wire wheel on a drill…. 8-)…..  10 years??? 😎  In about 30 days time….  living at KCW… Now it’s a “Legit” original 21 window with minimal touchups…. 😎  Ready to be put together and used!!!!!  😎   Thats pretty cool…. 😎

 

I have not seen any “Leakers”.. (I thought that was funny as shit when I read that!!!! 8-))    I bet they got shipped to Bo…. 😎

Hey Bo, not sure of your plans…but I thought I heard something about lowering. We just pulled this strait axle conversion out of Wren’s bus. Its kind of whatever stuff that seemed to work good. 3.88 ring and pinion and thing drums.

Yes, sigla is safety glass and is very fragile.

The sekurit glass you can hit with a hammer. Its tempered.

The sky’s have cleared for a day! Heading to Corbin’s to look for some engine parts.

JJ’s right!!!  If Bubba hadn’t bought the DD and brought it to KCW that bus would probably still be sitting in the garage.  Nose off and scarred.

Hey Bo, John bought the transaxle from me but I think he will sell it to you if you need it. I think a couple people wanted it. I remember meeting you along time ago. Must have been 10 years ago. I remember you talking about your smashed nose 21 window. So glad the bus made it to the hands of KCW. Checked it out this week. It looks awesome. Its amazing how fast KCW can fix these things! Dead and Company plays in Boulder July 5 and 6th this year. I think the Terrapin Bus should make the show. I just got my tickets the other day!

Snowmaggedon’ s back! Pounding out side working in the garage on the engine.

I think this is the last show “Terrapin” made it to. They never put the sticker on Fat Elvis awesome!!! I’ll try to make it up there in July.

I still have that door! I’ll talk to John about the axle.
