JJ you can do it! Just by the orange car back you know Mr. Sain will sell it if the $$$ is right. Jump all in head first and don’t look back! The smell of racing fuel and tire smoke makes me feel all tingly inside!

I have had race car on the brain for a week or so…   I think it would be fun to try and build a sub 1000# car with a nasty ida motor in it..

 

But my commit to the project button has not been pushed.. 😉

I still have race car on the Brain… I was feeling like it was subsuding.. then Eric showed up, Then Redding showed up…. then you guys posted more pics…   I don’t like abandoning projects… and if I start it.. I’m gonna be hell bent to finish it…   and thats an expensive obligation to jump into… 😉  😉   and I am pretty competitive..  unfortunately.. so I will want to go fast and that in itself could run me $15K EASY.. and we still need a tranny…. and wheels, and tires, and and and and and and and….    Eric said “Buy one”.. don’t spend the time to build one…  but I don’t have $15K to throw at anything….  🙄  🙄  🙄  🙄  🙄  unless I sell or trade something…   (not counting the swivel, thats school $$)

But there is a 64 out back someone gave us… and it’s missing a torsion housing and beam and been hacked on… sounds like a great candidate for a tranny raised, narrowed, ladder bar car with a custom A arm front suspension and lightened in every way possible… The “KCW EXPRESS”  as Justin taged it a bit ago……  Try for  a 1000 # car….  probably a dumb idea…

With a T bar trailer behind my bus and tour the country racing..  😉  😉  😉  😉

I would love to see a full blown KCW race car…and to see it being towed behind a bus…..yeah this needs to be done…I have like $12 I can pitch in to get the ball rolling!  😛  😆  😛  😎
