I didn’t see any rules about fuel….Hmmmm, nitromethane Hilborn fuel injection??? Would be acceptable for the K36 class.

I’ll sponsor your engine. I think that I know a guy that has some Hilborn parts. Wolfsburg West would probably help us on P&C kits and maybe Okrasa heads.

That’s a Great  idea Franz!!!!👍👍👍👍👍 Bankshot is pretty much ready to go as is but I guess we could put in a fresh 36er and install  a fire extinguisher. Checking the rules, I think the only big change would be adding a rear clip so I could mount a bumper…… 🤔👍🤔👍🤔👍😀😀

I support this idea !  I still want to do a B-Ville trip and run a bug or VW powered rig of some kind on the salt. One of my bucket list items. My last two trips there were 88 and 89.

I mean, can we just swap in a sweet 36 and see how it does??? It just hangs out in my side lot…… well, except when I race  all the parked cars in the Hood! 😉👍 Rules say licensed, and bumpered, need a cool helmet. So, that means I gotta do all the license/title shit and add a rear clip, and I need to join the Salt Flat race club, probably need to pay to enter the race after that… Can we just slip somebody $20 and a joint to run down the track a couple times without rebuilding if???? Sounds like a Great time but isn’t it smarter to fix my #1 rig White Lightning, dial in the Single or throw some dough into the Split to finish up the metalwork???????? Or that 356 I haven’t driven in Years!!!!!🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Ok, you are right. It would take some work to make happen. Rules call for at least a 4 point cage.
