Greetings from Planet Rusty! I gotta get a couple things sorted on this Rig to make it legal!! Horn, turn signals, wipers…… Anybody know if I have to use an Oval wiper assembly or will any 6V one work??? Want to install a Dixie horn too but have to sort out the 12V/6V conversion. Also need to sort out a Semiphore switch, I have a rough one that can likely be rebuilt but I would be interested in a nicer one if available and I   kinda remember buying a pair of brand new semaphores but they aren’t on my Bug anymore???!!!??!!! 😉  😉  😀

Yeah yeah yeah. You need an oval wiper assembly. …but I think drilling a hole in the glass for a hand operated one would be much more “ultraleicht”.

Nope! Not much I wanna do with it! I hook up the 6V battery and it spins around like an old sewing machine!!! Drive it around the neighborhood for fun…. Guess if I wanna make progress I’d buy a semaphore turn signal, hook up the re-pop Semis I have at KCW and hook up a horn. That would get me through a Vin inspection? Laughed that my Zwit pan belongs to DBD… heh KCW history!!!😅

Bankshot Rips!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂 Carb got stuck cuz I only race a few times a year……….. when I tried to rebuild my carb I didn’t know about the secret plug with the ball bearing… Thanks Franz!!!!!
