I emailed the guy and said he could have it……
Now lets see if he actually shows up with the money. Not that uncommon for people to make offers they don’t follow up with.
Yeah humanity pretty much sucks these days. I miss the old days when people would pick up the phone then show up with cash.John JonesKeymasterDecember 14, 2018 at 10:05 amPost count: 6125

Nice job Mark/JJ.
That transport looks like overkill. 😁John JonesKeymasterDecember 15, 2018 at 6:41 amPost count: 6125

You know I’m a VW guy and I really like Ghias……..but I’d rather have that Chevy !John JonesKeymasterDecember 16, 2018 at 10:03 amPost count: 6125

Driving that on snow/ice is probably a little sketchy?alykatParticipantDecember 16, 2018 at 11:21 amPost count: 407
I drove one of my Ghia verts through a rough winter in Aspen with no top material. Just threw a tarp over it when I parked and roped it in place til I was ready to drive again. I did have a super warm jacket and heavy gloves.jpParticipantJanuary 17, 2019 at 9:36 amPost count: 269
Nice to see it has a new owner who loves it! Low light Ghias are my first love, I think they are more ‘real’ than 356’s and I love how misunderstood/undervalued they are still.alykatParticipantJanuary 17, 2019 at 2:46 pmPost count: 407
Every time a Ghia pops up here I start thinking about my last one and thinking maybe I should go looking for another. Probably should have held on to this one in the first place though. I can’t remember when was the last time I saw another rag top Ghia.
