I’ve been planning a cook station forever. George Scoyne gave me a really cool Coleman oven out of a 1971 RV.

I drew some plans up for a aluminum cabinet, then started making it. Feeling good, but still have a few thing to figure out.

I’ve been super focused building the oven cabinet all day today. Pretty much done. Need to fit to the bus and think about latches to keep it in place. Not having any great ideas at the moment. I’ll consult mcmaster carr later. I want to be able to remove it and set-up kitchen outside. I could use some hood hold-down rubber “T” straps….not very pretty though.

Fully functional. Works as a heater too.

Decorating is the most fun part of a bus build. I’ve been thinking of this stuff from the beginning.

The last things on my list:

-finalize the spice rack/window delete area.
-build a folding jump seat on the back of the passenger pedestal.
-wall tent for awning.
-install a stage 1 clutch and fix oil leak.
-Get properly registered.
-cool guy bike rack for the hitch
