    Beam fully welded.

    I think the early center pin housing provides a little more strength due to the uprights to the top beam tube…but I also noticed the bottom of the center pin has almost no support. I made a little gusset to go there.

    That was a job. ย But I was able to turn down the O.D. of the original phenolic bushings to fit the 2 1/4โ€ ย x .120 dom tube we used on the 3 1/4โ€ narrowed beam. This thing is badass. Super strait, fully tig welded, tons of caster built in.

    Once I press fit the bushings in the tube. They were a little tight on the I.D. this big reamer saved me. Also, I tacked on the original beam number for style points.

    Little tedious bits today.
