This is the MJ Ball grocery story bus from Saskatchewan. Bought from original owners, but is super original and tight. All OG glass, original engine and trans. Super solid bus with cool original logos.
It’s a Euro so it has unique Euro taillights and semaphores. Super special bus. New tires, front brakes, needs a bit more electrical/mechanical work. Complete bus (decklid, tails etc) except for rear bumper and middle seat.
Shipping available worldwide, only serious buyers please, this is a special bus. Parked in my underground spot and hardly ever get around to it, ready to move it on. Located in Edmonton, AB, Canada. $23,500 USD 🙂unkParticipantMay 23, 2019 at 1:48 pmPost count: 372

Of course, I’m pretty flexible. Would love to see it go to a KCW member. Leave me your number or email dawerks at gmail dot com
Thanks!unkParticipantMay 23, 2019 at 3:46 pmPost count: 372John JonesKeymasterMay 23, 2019 at 6:51 pmPost count: 5841jpParticipantMay 23, 2019 at 9:08 pmPost count: 232
After all the haters, and whiners, I’m making a HUGE POSTER of this. SKIM!unkParticipantMay 24, 2019 at 6:23 amPost count: 372
Yep. I bought it. Gotta sell my original camper or find cheap storage. Thanks JP.FranzKeymasterMay 24, 2019 at 6:53 amPost count: 2971
Storage shouldn’t be a problem for a guy like you.
I’d def trade some stuff for that camper…but that would only add to your storage issue.John JonesKeymasterMay 29, 2019 at 6:58 amPost count: 5841
cool bus!!!!! Damn cool bus!!!! Slammed on fuch’s!!!! lets do it!!!!!!unkParticipantMay 29, 2019 at 7:40 amPost count: 372
safari’s, space savers, old-school lowered……..
Gotta buy/find a middle seat and rear bumper.FranzKeymasterMay 29, 2019 at 7:49 amPost count: 2971
Engine, transaxle, wire harness, dropped spindles, narrowed beam, disc brakes.
You should bring it to kcw and rent the clean shop for a couple of days. I can help you put it together.
and scratch the safari windows..all they do is leak and look cheesy.FranzKeymasterMay 29, 2019 at 8:00 amPost count: 2971
You know that stock 36hp and split case trans is going to suck?
painters 1914cc and 3.88 tunnel case transaxle is what you want. I think jj has a used 3.88 strait axle bus trans ready to bolt in.unkParticipantMay 29, 2019 at 8:51 amPost count: 372

Sheet…this bus just got a bit more expensive.FranzKeymasterMay 29, 2019 at 8:52 amPost count: 2971
Here’s that narrowed beam I was telling you about. I spent a bunch of time fully tig welding and controlling the heat. Beefcake adjusters, caster shock towers, 2 inch narrowed, perfect for fuchs or space savers.
Needs the center pin pivot welded on, and bushings installed.unkParticipantMay 29, 2019 at 9:23 amPost count: 372
Looks like I will schedule a delivery to KCW from Alberta. Might sit there a bit. I like the 2 day blitzkrieg party….ummm…I mean work session.
I gotta buy:
engine, tranny, repop fuchs, tires, beam, spindles, brake kit, middle seat, rear bumper, wire harness………damnnnn…..
yeh, franz….save that beam.
Let’s get Dario to help…….he’s funny.WrenParticipantMay 29, 2019 at 10:05 amPost count: 152
Awesome Bus! Will look great lowered!FranzKeymasterMay 29, 2019 at 11:33 amPost count: 2971
Hell yeah, sounds fun!
Lets do redrilled drum brakes on the rear and 5.5″ wheels all around. You know we get the deal on wheels from Empi.
Wagens west fromt early disc brake kit look nice. Sacos are decent, Oldspeed?dirtylawnchairParticipantMay 29, 2019 at 11:43 amPost count: 51Douglas E FreshParticipantMay 31, 2019 at 7:03 amPost count: 116

you’re killing me!
they leak-So? this bus may see rain maybe twice more in its lifetime so leaking is somewhat of a moot point. and even if it did see rain I would probably still say say so??
Cheesiness is subjective I guess, but I think they look cool on a lowered bus.jpParticipantMay 31, 2019 at 1:46 pmPost count: 232
Excited to see it hit the next level! Especially in all the areas I’m lacking in, you guys have the expertise in.WrenParticipantJune 3, 2019 at 12:47 pmPost count: 152

Whats the deal with all the safari haters? You guys sound like a bunch of bay window guys. Half the reason you buy a split is to have safari windows. Safaris are the fucking shit!FranzKeymasterJune 3, 2019 at 11:15 pmPost count: 2971
Haha got you guys.
…Lowered buses are dumb too.🤪JbParticipantJune 4, 2019 at 8:37 amPost count: 544
Hey Tom, I have a rat bagged set of OG safaris for sale that I bet Franz would be dying to spend 40 hrs repairing 🤣unkParticipantJune 4, 2019 at 12:18 pmPost count: 372
Ok. international shipping sucks. Anyway….here is my thought. JP will haul the bus as far south as Grand Forks, MT. I am arranging a international logistics broker (Deringer) to get the paperwork filed and the car across the border. NOW…….I need to find a safe place to park the bus until I can hire another shipper to get the bus to Grand Junction. Anyone out there in KCW land live near Grand Forks, MT? I would need to park my bus there for a bit to a shipper can come haul it away.
Hey, JP……does that sound like a reasonable approach?
