well… even if you only bring one bus.. You can still do some vacationing and stay at the compound.. I will loan you a bus and or go with you!!!!! 😎
Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet.👊
That would be awesome, I don’t get to drive fully sorted out buses very often. My passion feels reignited lately. Spent a fair amount of time durdling in the garage. Cleaned a few areas, check out the OG rocker!
Horn was so clean inside! Shocked me.
I guess we’re doing this. Stupid spacer behind bearing is always in there so good! Any tricks??
Apply some heat with a torch usually frees up rusty junk. If no torch start treating with penetrating oil couple times a day. Gentle taps with on or those hammers ya got may also help.
We will build it if it comes.
I use a small sharp chisel to separate that spacer from the spindle surface.
Instructions unclear, you said HEAT right??
That works. Do you know somebody with a lathe to clean those up?
No. But I can find someone, and someone to press them apart. Can these be flipped easily?
If only it was this easy to slam it. I don’t know anyone with a lathe but I will look, also need to press these apart and see if I can flip them??
Fixing a few little things. CLR and boom new..ish.
Been traveling but found time to clean up front end stuff and bolt on bumper and wheels.
pretty cool bus.. You gotta loose them big ass front turn signals next…. 😎
Luck is when preparation and opportunity meet.👊
Not gonna mess with hardcore welding on this one. Got a good rear end, should be rolling…soon!
