Quicky project for Tom. Semi-local bus from Montrose. The 3rd from original owner called us up to ask about selling it. I told him I could save him the hassle of getting it road worthy if he wanted to sell it as is. It wasn’t cheap or a score or anything like that. But it is a solid OG paint 2-tone special ordered German delivery bus. I has a weird number in the bottom center that indicates special paint/interior option. I’m not sure if that represents the so34 interior installed in a 1967 so42 or what. Looking forward to getting a birth certificate to see the specifics.

Shitter room with vent holes in the top.

Custom removable backrest because of the hacked bulkhead.

Perfect plastic in the propane fridge.

Extra set of new curtains in the bag, along with an original set. The tent is early so34 style too.

Anybody have a s034 table that they can part with? This mounts in the spare tire to allow the table to be set-up outside.

Original plaid westfalia seat pads. Trucker mirrors.

I’m not sure how rare this flood light is, but its original German camper stuff.

Because it has a flip seat interior, the front seat have been modified to allow the backrests to be removed when set-up for camp.

    Day/night mirror.

Hacked walk-thru. The question is: Done by Westfalia or not. Its a german delivered, special ordered, custom painted, and fully optioned. Whoever ordered it had some pull to get it done like that. I’m thinking they asked for the older flipseat style camper kit.

Super rad bus!!! I love trying to understand the mysteries like that walk-through. That gas heater is neat too. I don’t think I’ve seen one in the engine bay like that before.

Yeh. I’m pretty pumped.  The bus needs work but it’s in great hands.  68,000 original miles, all OG paint, the tent is really cool.   Should be awesome once the boys dial her in.

Now im hanging out in cedar city with a diverted emergency landing on an overheating plane.   Stuck in cedar city for the night.  Where the hell is cedar city?  Fun never ends……..
