Cool set up Kevin.
We have friends who ,in 1986 dipped their bike's rear wheel in the water at Annapolis,MD and dipped the front one in the Pacific,10 weeks later.
Travel safely and please keep us posted

The motorhome makes it easy. No need to find rooms or restaurants .
We are using the bus for all the running around, and sightseeing. But it is the first time driving it for my wife and daughter. I don't know who was more nervous. Me or them . O:)

I'll say....that's an ideal SAG wagon if there ever was one. No weighing down the bikes with panniers, plenty of space to store parts, nutrition, sh*tter always nearby if needed.... Smile ....you can't underestimate that; I had a friend get poison oak on his junk from taking a sh*t in the woods somewhere in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Hours on a bike saddle and poison oak on your taint don't mix to say the least. Smile Smile Smile He earned the nickname Pigpen from the cloud of dust that followed him due to his constantly dumping Gold Bond powder into his shorts for about a week. Smile Smile Smile

I'm jealous; wish I could join you guys for a few days of riding. Sounds like you're riding for a very worthy cause too....I hope your son-in-law's friend wins his battle.
Meh.

It was Walmart parking lot first two nights.

I don't know what is normal for this. But 25 years ago, my father and I did 150 a day.
