That custom one had me guffawing at first, too,
but,
Reading the ad,
It is an actual period custom from back in the day.

Every bus needs a power pulley, right?

Could this be a significant early Jersey Look founder/innovator?
You know, before they started cutting the wheel-wells for the Cragars..

Watch what becomes of things.
In a few years, 100% OG survivors will be passe',
And significant early customs will be all the rage..

Only a matter of time before the whole 'back to the 80s' movement brings the big bux.
There will be bogus pastel green with graphics imitations of 80s lookers being made next.

the bus is not he norm style but i get the justification of a high price. it is a one off og custom and has provenance. the other buses selling at the moment for $60 to $300k have me suprised anyway so this was not a stretch for my imagination.

I've been wondering that for a while, best deal on a big buck bus out there. For the price you're getting a free bus for less than the price of the restoration!
