I changed out my fuel pump this weekend. The old one started leaking out the back of the pump around the casing.
I went from this:

to this:

I like it better.

I crunk her up , she ran good. I went about a mile up the road started spitting and popping! ](*,) My guess is a clogged Idle jet? Maybe some trash in the new pump. I don't have a filter after it! ](*,) ](*,) I'll check on that as soon as my knee gets better. It blew up on me this weekend. Arthritis, and some fluid build up. I guess the cold mornings, and stairs got it . :-k

Manged to fit in a little time on the Tri Vator. With the torsion welded in the frame is a little heavy to just grab in the middle, pick up and move around. Everything for the front suspension is missing except the fork, so I needed to fab up something that will will allow me to wheel it around until I get to make replacement front parts or fab up a four wheel type front suspension. Needed something quick and while sorting through the junk pile I spotted an old pair of VW hood hinges. Hmmmm the ol' calibrated eyeball says this may be wokable.Drilled out the spring mount hole a bit and the end that mounts under the trunk lip a bit more, then a medium size hole at the other end, paint with some rust stop.....just about right for now. Just need to make a few spacers and tighten everything up and this will work short term.

I've broken three trans mounts in my camper. I'm always bangin gears in it \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ So I picked up a mid mount from Wolfgang. Big rush to get it in so I can use the bus this weekend. After the front mount was changed the Wolfgang mount is a breeze to install.

They way it was described to me, there are two hooks cast into the rubber. So it will both compress and pull.
