Not really a bike, but a trike I picked up to fix for my grandsons......

Have to figure out a crank setup and straighten the fork. Haven't picked it up yet so I don't know the manufacturer. Neat looking though!

Some great classic bikes were put together. It was fun to participate. Throw a vote my way if you like.. Lackluster

Everyone seems to be voting for this one...I can appreciate the skill and amount of work, but I think its a little too much...a lot of the bikes on the list were "too much"

If I had to choose one for myself based upon style and ride-ability. It would be this one.

I saw this at a local flea market.
They guy said it was late 60s to early 70s. Maybe made by Western Flyer.
It did have Western Flyer embossed in the banana seat. He had done some research on it but could not find anything. Supposedly you rocked back and forth to propel yourself. Rim was aluminum and the tire was solid rubber.

I did not buy it. Have seen it there before.
He is selling it for a collector friend who wants $750.
If anybody is interested I could get his info and or help with the purchase.

That thing is sweet. Looks like you would rock it forward, grab the brake, and use your weight to get the wheel rolling.

...just don't try to stop fast.
