Your getting there.
A rail seems like a must have toy with all the desert in AZ.

Thanks guys. My ADD kicked in this morning and decided to take a break from wiring. Got an old spare tire mount and modified it a little to mount on the trailer I just got. Have to cut the u bolts down and re thread them, and finish it up with some paint. Had to come in to the office to get some shit done, but took a little break to update you guys. After the office I'll clean this baby up and then get back to wiring.

Got home from the office a little past 10pm, and was back in the garage around 11. Figured I would do a solid hour of stuff. Well here I am now, wondering why the eff I stayed up so late... like Mondays at work don't suck already. Rear wiring is ran all the way to the console:

The front wires are all routed now, got that done last night. I have to figure out who/where I can get some of those sweet rivet nuts installed on the console so I can just bolt it on with a couple screws from under the rail. I'll scope out some places during lunch time today. Hope to have the wiring done tonight 8-[

It was horrible. Tired as eff, and got some work deadlines to meet. Stayed here last night till 8pm. 8pm in a shop, I can do. 8pm in an office, blows.

This thing needs to be on the trailer ready to go by Thursday night/ Friday morning... I suspect a few more sleepless nights coming up. As long as I can use it this weekend, it will all be worth it \:D/

Well I should be in bed, but I'm not. Here's what I accomplished tonight...

Went ahead and installed some threaded inserts on the console so I can mount it from under the rail.

Drilled some holes to feed the wires. I know this doesn't look as clean (coming over from the top on the floor and looping under) but I didn't want to go under any of the crossmembers with the wires to avoid damaging the wires if I were to bottom out or scrape on something.

Hooked up everything except the gauges. Ran the wires from the senders but no power to those yet. Tomorrow I'll handle that. Oh yeah, I've got lights!!!!! I can go to bed now.

Finished up the wiring, pretty excited. After that I realized that I didn't grab a new oil filter and it was too late to hit up the auto parts store... No start up tonight. Ran the oil lines i got this morning at least. Took a quick video showing the different switches at work. The headlights look pretty dim on the video, but that's because I didn't take the covers off. Also, I left an open switch in the console so I can run some audio in the near future. I'm out.
