Dude, Creig, we're you planning on keeping those stock wheels that were on the vert? Those would be perfect for wren...Decent 165 tires already on stock wheels and everything.

That’s the first time I’ve heard you say that. I think the car would look better low but I do want to be able to drive around Irwin. I know the my bus will not be able to make it. What size does Drew have on his black beetle, 165? I can pick up a pair if needed. Yeah I’ll stop by Thursday.

Quick Update,
Got a bunch of little stuff done this weekend. Finished all my welding stuff up. Not the best welds but should work fine. Had one rust hole under the passenger side wheel well, heater tube. Also patched up two holes in the front fenders. Bug had later turn signals drilled in. Painted the inside pan with Por 15 and sprayed rubber under coat on the outside pan and wheel wells. Welded in a bunch of new hub cap clips and got wheels ready to blast and paint. My goal this week is to have the wheels repainted and on the car. I’d like to try and re- sew the seat covers as well. The vinyl looks pretty good but the stitches have come out in a number of spots. I’d like to start on wiring, brakes and engine this coming weekend. Will see, car is looking great. The best part about this project is I have yet to put any money into it.

Cool little project Wren. Nice to have an oval just kicking around to work on/drive. Did you get one of your goats to nibble at these welds? LOL.
