Postby speedjeans » Mon Apr 23, 2012 2:12 pm

lately not much welding, just some work on the beam..

the lower one is the airbeam..

testfitted under my flinstones panelvan for easy access.

just tacked.. still needs the steeringpin, adjuster and some small tweeking.

with the testing still cannot go low enough, so need to change the angle of the arms.

video of the beam up/down on my facebook-link:

Does anybody know if the front 63-70 brake cilinders/pads will fit on 55-63 backingplates/drums if I replace them as a complete set?

Nope, bus brakes are not interchangeable. You have to have the complete brakes to match the style spindle you have.

What is the story on the gold metallic bus beam? That is out there. Don't show Kevin, he will leave Kawasaki green in the dust and do gold metallic everything. \:D/
