I need to invest in a cheap belt sander. I've done cleanup with a belt sander before, but those parts look laser cut and bent on a hydraulic press brake. Real nice work.

I'm going to try this out -----> 3" scrtchbrite roloc

Thanks

I was thinking the same thing. Welds are sweet! You should go over that whole frame with the tig. It would put a "master fabricator" stamp on the bike.
Let me draw you a fucking picture!

I was planning to weld the mounts on today. Its not going to happen.... I went for a bike ride at 5pm, and I'm going home in a few to make good on valentines day. Plus, I spent some time thinking/mocking-up the reversed control. I think I'm going to do it. It looks good and finctions the best for the situation.

eitherway would be cool. did you sit over it to see how the reversed way feels? it looks like its a stretch to brake/shift. but who cares how practical it is.

2/22/12

I have not done anything in a week on this project. ](*,) I just feel l ike I have not have the time. Busy with stuff. I built a bicycle for my wife for her birthday(today), and I have been mountian biking about 2 hours everyday....so that burns-up a lot of free time.....but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think I'm going to have some quality honda time this weekend [-o< We'll see what happens between now and then.
