made mount for steering cloumb out of flat bar tapped with a 6mm and welded onto bracket

countersunk holes in windshield frame...

masked edge and all holes and rubberized gravel gaurded the whole underside, 2 cans just did it....looks clean and good amount of contrast to the super slick black!!!!!!

tonight I got the main harness pulled though body and ignition switch bracket made. little grinding (when nobody is sleeping) and I can weld it to the dash bracket and have that powdercoated and installed for the last god damb time ](*,)

pulled out a couple wiring schematics and got a rough game plan together

Still been givin'er shit on this, getting carried away on wiring ](*,) This is gonna be the nicest buggy harness out there! All connections are getting crimped, insulator stripped, soldered and heat shrink :-k try and upload some pics tonight...

It's too nice. It doesn't deserve an owner like me. I'm in selling mode right now. Got to get down to two cool vehicles, my 65 11 window and my 60 Pontiac wagon. All the rest are going.

using parts from all different years so I printed out nice color schematics for 55-57, 58-60, and 63

first trimmed to length and crimped ends...

solder station ready to melt some shit...

first crimp, strip insulation without slicing a finger off, then solder, then heat shrink... bit of a process but will last forever

fuse panel is mounted to trial run of engine turned alum scrap, oval headlite 2 gang and split 6 fuse then terminal strip for signals....all shit I had lying around \:D/

couple of the wires off signal switch were ready to snap off plus they were only 6" long so I re did all so there were no splices

that black is bad ass. nice work on the whole body! what are your doing for rims? some 10" sprint starts out back?
