This single cab is the only one known of it's kind. Only non-BD Feb 1955, and oldest non-BD Single Cab.

So, hats off to you man, this is one of the rarest, coolest finds in a long time. AND it is def. more rare than a 57 Deluxe 23! =D> Congrats!

ANY weirdness you find, please take pictures, even if you're not sure, snap some and post them up!

Went to work on the ghia lastnight but got cornholed on 3 different attempts on shit on the Ol to do list ](*,) gave up and left Jrod to wiring. Felt the need for a little anger management so I attacked the poor 59 rag donor car. 3 zippy disks later I had the rag clip and both rear quarters trimmed up ready to give like organ donors to sick cars =D> =D>

What's left...

The car the roof and lid are for happen to be Fjord blue as well and going for OG paint patina'do look! =D> hey is Fjord the same as L31? Sure seems like same color?

I have tried to resist the urges and stay away from the nasty scab....I broke the other night and started straightening the hammered decklid out, really not that much to look at? Jrod was talking about trimming some of the shrapnel off it so it doesn't attack you walking by :-"

Two loonies = one Sacajawea ?
911 operator: What is your emergency ? Me: Some asshole just pulled out in front of me & totaled my car! 911: Are you injured? Me: No. 911: Is the other driver injured ? Me: Not yet....but you should probably send an ambulance.
