I need to learn how and practice on something else first :) I have to buy a 'Porta Power' and learn to use that as well. Right now I won't mess with it. 8-[

It's snowed a wee bit since those last pictures. Had to do a bit of shoveling...

Any bus that I work on, I will keep. It's too much effort to fix and the to just give it away makes no sense. This one is in the Vault. :)

And since no one is going to come to my place and fix it, I decided to jack it up and have a look. The frame is pretty bad so it can't go on the rotis the way it is. Just decided to poke around and do a bit of welding.

Something done, gotta build on it and see if I can get it solid enough to get it rolled over or ??

A little more cut, little more weld... slowly something is getting done (won't fix itself!)

My flanging skills aren't the best, you can see the patched in area, but I was afraid of grinding the welds too much.

One top hat needs work and the metal is not so scary at the back.

You got that right JB =D>

Starting is the hardest part (and waiting for parts), then just gotta keep building on the motivation. I ordered a bunch of metal from Concept1 now that Tom isn't supplying Autocraft stuff Frown

How do I get those big dents out of the rear? I tried to youtube and everything is PDR stuff. I even searched the TomTom BD thread because that thing was BENT, but there's no 'how to'. Do I just warm it up and tap/push the outside of the dent till I get to the middle? What do I put on the otherside? (I am williing to buy any tools needed).
