Interior Work

Looking to redo the seats in my standard. Also carpet from bench forward.

I seem to have an elusive material on my seat tops. I have contacted himmelservice, as they list the material on their site as 60-64 export. Communication with them is severely lacking.

Unsure of carpet color aswell.

Any recommendations on where to source good fabric?

The carpet looks like regular medium grey...you can probably buy a kit from WW for that. Seats...good luck!

So does anyone have any experience with Himmel Service? I wired them money for material. For 2 weeks they said the money had not arrived. I had my bank look into it, and it had been there for 2 weeks. I told Marcus it has been confirmed received and cashed by Ingrid. Next day he apologized, and I was told my material would be in the mail tomorrow with a tracking number emailed.

That was 6 days ago and 3 unanswered emails.

Is there a Marcus that works at Himmel as well?

When I was dealing with Marcus (aka beetlekey on samba) in Germany which I was under the impression was totally separate from Himmel communication was a little painful at times due to the language barrier and the fact that he was scrambling to get ready for HO13 open house and such.

The minor inconveniences were welllllllllll worth it in end but I know the feeling of sending buttloads of your hard earned money across the world blindly and twiddling thumbs like a kid on christmas eve doing the ol hurry up and wait thing. #-o #-o #-o

Like Franz said they are the real deal and will pull through, be patient.

I am not really hounding on the guy, but when he repeatedly told me the money wasn't there and that my bank must have made a mistake, then dissappear. One kinda thinks they are getting the run around.
