Technically speaking the Baro sensor is what allows the program to compensate for altitude change. Baro with key on and engine not running allows the system to know the altitude. Fuel injected motorcycles went without o2 sensors until catalyst requirements came along.

Wideband o2 sensor and autotune really lighten the tuning load and you'll be upset about the time wasted so far. Been there done that.

Yeah my wideband is running all the time. I have the Innovate one.

This weekend in Calgary it snowed. It snowed all night and all day and I was excited!

The plans of donuts were well under way for the evening!

First I had to hook up the heater core fan so the window wouldn't fog up too bad.

After the stores were closed we made our way to a near by parking lot... well acouple of them.

I don't really have much experience drifting around in a rear engine car... especially one that's so snappy!

Jesse did some laps and made for some good photos and video (which I will post later)

Heres some photos from last night!

Getting gas before the fun.

Good times and I have some learning to do!

Video soon to follow!

Cheers!

I was approached by some people from Driving.ca and they wanted to shoot a little feature on the ghia. I had no objection!

Here's the link to the Article and Video.

I watched the video and got an American exress commercial that played before the ghia. American Express in Canada eh?

Badass car!! Now that I've driven mine super subi I want to turbo it. I don't know if I can just slap a turbo on it or if I need different cams?
Andy In Modesto

Maybe Subaru parts could fix it?

Thanks Andy!

You're running a stand alone ECU right? If so, youre ok on that end. Check out this forum for the turbo swapping stuff...

http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=54015

I know there's a lot more info on that whole forum.

Look for the pink injectors they are 370cc and that's what comes stock in the 2.2 Turbo (legacy GT) cars.
