Mike's '69 GhiaRu

Postby mikejoe » Thu Feb 14, 2013 12:21 am

Hiyo!!

It's been awhile since I've been around here!!

I'll get right to it... I'm getting a 1969 Ghia reaaaaal soon.

As soon as the snow melts a bit more I will be moving the car over to my buddys shop.

I only have 2 photos that my friend took. I have yet to fully see the car the daytime.

Regardless, I am stoked. Ive been away far too long.

The plan for this is a 4-6" narrowed link pin beam, trans raise, Disc brakes all around ,Subaru engine (2.2 NA or 2.5 Turbo, whichever comes first) and a rancho pro street trans...

The deadline is end of May...I really hope I start real soon!

My 60 build was also on a tight timeline... The way I see it, anything is possible now! Smile

He's got a point there. Lots of "in progress" cars and not a lot of "in progress" pics. We're going to start to think your Canadian.
