Thanks Jon.......yeah the 1/4 tank thing kinda sucks.....](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ......I am going to pick myself up a jerry can just in case.... I'm pretty sure that this is not going to happen again. [-(

Must be a Canadian thing right now.....the gas gremlins just got to Pete....at least he wasn't too far from home.

Ron, sorry to hear about the trip on the flatbed. That is why there was a replacement fuel sending unit in the pile'o'parts that came with the car!

The car is looking great with all the work you guys have done on it.

^ ^ ^ ^ .......it's interesting you say that.....you see boxes & boxes of VW stuff that get aquired, move parts to different
places, overlook.......loose track so to speak........oh and just plain forget. #-o

..........I best have another look for that sending unit.....thanks for the reminder.

I'm not even sure that is the issue, but I did buy the sender to start with that anyway. It is a good quality unit I got through Greg.

I did however have a SCAMMER 15min after the ad went up [-X ........I told them to basically FO.
