So what's new on this beast?
Been having some oil leak issues....no matter how fancy you build em the still manage to leak
head drain back fitting and valvecover.....fucking bolt on valvecovers
Had to drill and safety wire the Allen bolts because they kept backing off! Damn solid mounts.....so far I have rattled loose one manifold, the linkage off one carb and the v/c's! Gotta love it!
Seems I've tweaked one of my throttle shafts a bit, my 1/2 side carb sync numbers are off a couple points on the snail meter.
Still some fine tuning to do on my jetting, getting that game back in my head.....I haven't forgotten about a little write up I promised on carb tuning (no expert but have learned some tricks that could help others).......soon!
Have an intermittent braking issue....fronts not releasing all the way sometimes....super fun when that happens
looking at line lock solenoid as a possible.
I have all of 500 miles on it, still working kinks out I guess, frustrating but it's due to have some problems mashing the huge variety of parts together in a build this deep? Whatever I'm loving driving the car, it's stupid fast, snaps necks wherever it goes and is bound to get me into trouble
